Refunds Policy

At EAT Digital, we aim to deliver high-quality marketing services and provide a professional client experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased through EAT Digital.

1. Deposits & Upfront Payments

All deposits and upfront payments made to EAT Digital are non-refundable once work has started, as we allocate resources, time, and labor immediately after onboarding.

2. Monthly Services (Retainers)

If you are subscribed to a monthly service plan with EAT Digital (SEO, Google Ads management, social media marketing, etc.), you may cancel anytime with written notice.

However:

  • Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.

  • Work completed during the active billing period will still be delivered.

3. One-Time Projects

For one-time projects such as website builds, landing pages, branding, or campaign setup:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work begins.

  • If cancellation occurs before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at EAT Digital’s discretion.

4. Client Delays

EAT Digital does not issue refunds for project delays caused by:

  • missing content, assets, or approvals

  • lack of communication

  • failure to provide required access to accounts/tools

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, we encourage you to contact EAT Digital directly before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in service termination and permanent restriction of service access.
